The Story of Welsh Lovespoons
the ancient customs of giving Lovespoons in Wales dates back to the 17th century. these ornately carved spoons were traditionally made by sailors for their loved ones.

The Lovespoon originated from the 'cawl' (soup) spoon. Decorative carvings were added. Each symbol has a special meaning.

Today Lovespoons are requested from all over the world for Weddings, Engagements, Birthdays and Anniversaries and as souvenirs of Wales.
